Our project and service managers work with our customers to identify and develop customized maintenance & service agreements that suit the individual needs of the customer. Returns Policy

At Honeywell, we take pride in the products we offer to our valued customers. In an effort to provide quality customer service we extend our warranty to all of our products. Product warranty status can only be determined upon receipt and evaluation of returned material. Product warranty does not cover damage from accidents, or mistakes in customer orders (e.g. lightning damage, power surge, miswiring, incorrect installation, mishandling, etc.).

Honeywell designs and manufactures a complete line of obstruction lighting products that meet and/or exceeds the regulatory specifications put forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and International Civil Aviation Association (ICAO).

Training

Honeywell Airport System offers a comprehensive training course on Obstruction Lighting. The training course is designed around the needs of the customer.

The training course will provide information on the regulatory specifications of the FAA, Honeywell product information, manuals, hands-on training and troubleshooting guides. The length of the training course will depend on the number of students, obstruction lighting knowledge, and product knowledge. Typically, a class of 8-10 students can be comfortably trained in a one-day course. Training classes are available at our Simi Valley, CA office or on-site training.
